Specialist Project Support in Fuel

Do you want to contribute your specialist expertise in fuel to a vital societal function? The Fortifications Agency is now looking for a Specialist Project Support focused on fuel, who wants to work with safety, quality, and compliance in complex new construction and renovation projects related to total defense.

Your Daily Life as a Fuel Specialist

As a specialist project support (fuel), you have overall responsibility for ensuring that the Fortifications Agency's projects with fuel functions meet applicable legislation, internal guidelines, quality requirements, BVFK, and the industry's best practices.

You act as expert support in projects and work strategically to ensure that the authority's internal guidelines, routines, quality systems, and control programs provide high safety and full compliance throughout the process.

Job Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and guidelines related to fuel and BVFK
  • Ensuring that the Fortifications Agency's internal guidelines, routines, and control programs meet requirements for safety, quality, and compliance
  • Providing specialist support in new construction and renovation projects that include fuel functions
  • Supporting project activities in matters related to risk management, technical control systems, and quality work
  • Acting advisory and coordinating within your area of expertise

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Relevant higher education, for example in chemistry, energy, environment, mechanical engineering, or other education deemed equivalent for the role
  • Documented experience working with fuel, fuel quality, or related technical areas
  • Good understanding of quality work, risk management, and technical control systems
  • Driver's license B

Desirable

  • Experience working in a larger organization or authority
  • Experience working in a project environment
  • Experience working with regulations, supervision, or technical guidelines related to fuel

About the Employment

The position is a permanent employment and may start with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be placed in a war position. The place of employment is Eskilstuna or Stockholm by agreement. An employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and involves placement in a security class. A security review with a background check will be conducted before employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
